This program was started by the Rotaract Club of Naivasha targeting single mothers in Naivasha area with the aim of empowering them with leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

To achieve this objective, the club organised an ATCUP (AFTERNOON TEA CUP). During the event, professionals from different fields came together to network, relax and enjoy over a cup of tea as well as fundraise for this women empowerment program. The event invited a panel of speakers who addressed various issues in the social, corporate and entrepreneurial areas.

The program first targeted 25 single mothers from Karagita for whom the club organised training on leadership and entrepreneurship.
